Granny-slayer guilt

A young Harlem thug was quickly convicted in Manhattan yesterday of murdering the granny who raised him, stuffing her body in her bedroom closet and then having a hooker and pals over for a sex party in her bed — a crime that left jurors sickened.

“The guy is a psychopath,” a 75-year-old retiree juror said after helping convict Larry Davis, 24. “He stuffed her in the closet and then . . . had an orgy,” said the outraged juror, who asked to be identified only as Juror No. 6.

.“It kind of makes you realize some people are born bad — a bad seed,” he saidDavis murdered Cora Davis, 76, in her Wagner Houses apartment in March 2011.

Defense lawyer Bryan Konoski had tried to cast doubt on how the granny died, but Assistant District Attorney Matthew Bogdanos had built a compelling case that the poor woman’s body bore clear evidence of strangulation and repeated bludgeoning.

Davis faces a likely maximum of 25 years to life when he is sentenced July 23.
