Chris Brown calls DA a ‘racist’ in angry Twitter rant

Chris Brown may have avoided hit-and-run charges this week, but that doesn’t make him any happier with the way he has been treated by the American legal system.

In a multiple tweet rant, the singer, 24, railed against the continuing legal repercussions from the Rihanna assault case, and called the District Attorney in the case a “racist.” The lawyer in question, is actually African American, according to TMZ.

The latest in a long series of public outbursts, Brown’s latest eruption is related 1,000 additional hours of community service being added to his probation.

Brown’s probation had been revoked because of the hit-and-run charges, but was reinstated last week, with the agreement that the singer fiery singer complete the added time by next August.

It was clear to all in attendance that Brown was not happy with the development.

“I understand. I understand. I am going to say whatever I want to. It’s how I feel. I don’t care,” he told his lawyer, E! Online reports.

As he made clear in the still undeleted tweets sent out to his more than 13 million followers, he’s tired of having to deal with the District Attorney’s office.

In addition to slamming the DA office, the singer said that there were other things they should be worried about like homeless children, and that in his list of priorities, the law came last.
