Syfy to premiere series about Vegas body art

What goes on in Vegas stays in Vegas — until it’s aired on Syfy.

The Skin Team, an iconoclastic quintet skilled in the art of body painting, is the subject of a six-part Syfy docuseries, “Naked Vegas,” premiering Oct. 29.

The group is available for openings at casinos, conventions and clubs and their provocative designs — displayed on female and male models — are on display in the series, which follows the Skin Team, whose members include “Face Off” artist Nicholas Herrera.

He’s seen orchestrating a Halloween-themed zombie wedding at Eli Roth’s Goretorium at Planet Hollywood in Sin City.

The wedding couple has asked to walk down the aisle in zombie body paint and they’ve asked the wedding party to match the theme.

But first, the Skin Team has to convince the bridesmaids and groomsmen to undress.

The zombie wedding will be a hard act to follow, but “Naked Vegas” has also scheduled episodes where the Skin Team works with legendary magic act Penn & Teller and also paints a Playboy lingerie party — shouldn’t take much time. They also apply their painting to the dance crew called Jabbawockeez.
