PINK PALACE

All in all, Roger Waters has bought more than just a brick in the wall. In fact, the Pink Floyd co-founder has bought an entire townhouse of bricks from Coach leather goods president Reed Krakoff for $14.995 million, which is $1 million less than the last asking price.

The renovated five-story home on East 61st Street, featured in Vogue and House & Garden after its extensive makeover in 2004, includes four bedrooms (with a full-floor master suite), three full and three half baths, a double-height living room with a 26-foot wall of glass overlooking the landscaped garden, loft space and two terraces.

Krakoff first listed the house, with French parquet floors, ebony powder rooms and an elevator, in the summer of 2006 after buying a larger townhouse on East 70th Street with his wife Delphine.

But last October, his new home caught fire during renovations – which might have pushed back the sale.

Dropping anchor

Pregnant news anchor Campbell Brown and her political strategist husband Dan Senor are close to buying a Hamptons home.

Sources say contracts are out on a three-bedroom, two-bath Contemporary on a landscaped half-acre with pond frontage in a private community in lower North Haven.

The seven-room, 2,700-square-foot house includes a gourmet kitchen, a master bedroom with a sitting area, a wood-burning fireplace and a hot tub overlooking the pond. It’s also two doors down from fellow “anchor” Jon Stewart’s home and around the corner from Edie Falco.

It was announced last July that Brown, the Weekend Today co-host and former White House correspondent, would leave NBC after 11 years to take over Paula Zahn’s beleaguered time slot on CNN.

She said she will return to the airwaves sometime in February. Broker Deirdre Oren Byrne of Sotheby’s had no comment on her listing.

House doctor

Grey’s Anatomy co-star Chandra Wilson has gone to contract to buy at Fifth on the Park, the 30-story condo complex going up in Harlem. Sources say Wilson has taken a three-bedroom, two-bath residence with a terrace overlooking the 20-acre Marcus Garvey Park.

When completed, the glass-and-brick building will have 150 condos, almost 50 rental units, a full-length lap pool, a landscaped garden, a complete fitness center and a screening room. The condos will offer a doorman and 24-hour concierge. And for the spiritually minded, the building will include a church with seating for more than 1,800 parishioners.

Tiki scores

Tiki Barber has bought himself a big new hut.

Sources say the retired all-pro Giants running back, who’s now holding a microphone instead of a football on the “Today” show, is spending about $6 million to connect four adjacent condos at the Miraval complex at 515 East 72nd St.

“Tiki was especially interested in the Olympic-size pool,” says our source.

The 3,500-square-foot space will be configured into a four-bedroom, 41/2-bath residence that is expected to be completed by December.
