Andrews talks about naked photos

ESPN sideline reporter Erin Andrews wanted naked images of her “off the Internet” when she learned this summer that a voyeur had videotaped her through a peephole and posted the footage to a Web site.

Andrews said one of the toughest things she had to do was tell her parents about the incident.

“I mean, having to call my parents and they — they thought I was physically injured how bad I was screaming,” she told Oprah Winfrey during a taped interview that will air this afternoon.

Andrews’ comments were posted on the talk show queen’s Web site this morning.

Andrews also said she feared her career would never recover once the footage came to light in July.

“I kept screaming [to my father], ‘I’m done. My career is over. I’m done. Get it off. Get it off the Internet. Get it off,'” she recalled.

The videos were first posted by an unknown person using the screen name “GoBlazers1” in February.

Last month, The Post reported that just weeks after a lawyer for Andrews confirmed that naked videos of her had been posted on the Internet, the Web site at the center of the scandal had still not been contacted by authorities.

A source with knowledge of the case confirmed that dailymotion.com hadn’t heard from law enforcement.

The city where the video was shot has not been identified and no law-enforcement agency has said it is investigating. The FBI has said it is not involved in the probe.
