Basta pasta? Wait for these new openings

IN the mood to eat something other than Italian? Here’s a quick rundown of the season’s other notable openings.

* Abe & Arthur’s: A nightlife dream team is taking over the old Lotus space and installing a New American menu from chef Franklin Becker (late September; 409 W. 14th St.; 646-289-3930).

* Bill’s Bar and Burger: Steve Hanson goes honky tonkin’ in the old Hog Pit space, serving burgers, hot dogs and wings from noon till late night (mid-October; 22 Ninth Ave.).

* Breslin Bar & Dining Room: Ken Friedman and April Bloomfield (Spotted Pig, John Dory) turn their attention from surf to turf with this lodge-like eatery in the new Ace Hotel (early October; 20 W. 29th St.; 212-679-2222).

* David Chang: Midtown gets some downtown buzz compliments of the Momofuku gang with this yet-unnamed French-Vietnamese restaurant from chef-owner Chang and partner Tien Ho (late fall; Chambers Hotel, 15 W. 56th St.).

* Ed’s Chowder House: Jeffrey Chodorow is teaming up with eighty one chef Ed Brown for this new seafooder by Lincoln Center (Sept. 17; Empire Hotel, 44 W. 63rd St.; 212-956-1288).

* Fatty ’Cue: This long-awaited Asian-inflected barbecue joint from Zak Pelaccio (Fatty Crab) and pit master Robbie Richter (formerly of Hill Country) will feature a large outdoor garden (October; 91 S. Sixth St., Williamsburg, Brooklyn).

* Gansevoort 69: The folks from Bagatelle intend to revive Florent’s Euro vibe and late-night hours (Monday; 69 Gansevoort St.; 212-691-0069)

* The Garden: More than 200 wines by the glass will be available at the Four Seasons’ new lobby lounge (late September; 57 E. 57th St.).

* The Lamb’s Club at the Chatwal: Geoffrey Zakarian is planning a classic American menu for this upcoming project in the old Lamb’s Theater (winter; 130 W. 44th St.).

* Le Caprice: The chic London hangout is opening a satellite in The Pierre (October; 2 E. 61st St.).

* MacBar: Starting next week, this Delicatessen spinoff will serve a dozen varieties of mac ’n’ cheese (54 Prince St.).

* Jean-Georges Vongerichten: Details are still being worked out for the celeb chef’s yet-unnamed restaurant opening in The Mark hotel (early November; 25 E. 77th St.).
