WALK THE LINE, EAT THE FOOD

FRIDAY’S your chance to Cash in at Café St. Bart’s (109 E. 50th Street at Park Avenue).

From 7 to 10 p.m. the Midtown restaurant will hold a salute to Johnny Cash, offering a $30 prix fixe of some of the late singer’s favorite dishes while local artists perform songs either by the Man in Black or inspired by him.

The meal, culled from the Cash family’s “Mother Maybelle’s Cookbook: A Kitchen Visit with America’s First Family of Country Song,” will include Johnny Cash’s Old Iron Pot Chili, Peggy’s Famous Fried Chicken, mac and cheese, Jack Daniel’s-laced pecan pie and more.

There’s a two-drink minimum for non-diners to listen to music by four solo performers and Brooklyn-based headliners the Doc Marshalls. Donations collected during the evening will go to the American Diabetes Association (Cash died from complications from the disease).

For reservations, call (212) 888-2664. And, of course, wear black.
