Two teen girls were groped by a homeless man near the Lincoln Tunnel in Hell’s Kitchen, authorities said.
John McConnoel, 56, walked up to the first teen and grabbed her buttocks around 2 p.m. Thursday, then groped his second victim minutes later, law-enforcement sources said.
A Port Authority cop saw the second attack and nabbed the perv, sources said.
The first victim then approached the officer and said she also had been molested, sources said.
Witnesses came forward, too, and McConnoel was taken into custody for both incidents, sources said.
He is charged with forcible touching and sexual abuse, said Port Authority Spokesman Joe Pentangelo.
