Bite me: Ex-lover ‘blackmails dentist with sex and drug video’

An East Harlem man tried to extort thousands from a dentist by threatening to send a video of the two doing drugs and having sex to the New York Dental Association, cops said.

Joshua Cummings, 22, promised to destroy the reputation of his former lover, Chelsea-based Dr. Andre Singer, 60, by sending the depraved video to his licensing board, cops said.

Cummings also sent text messages and made calls to Singer to show that he meant business.

A frightened Singer reported the threats to police at the 10th Precinct stationhouse. Cummings was busted Oct. 30 on charges of attempted grand larceny and coercion.

Cummings has several prior arrests, including for assault, grand larceny and criminal contempt.
